Jim earned his doctorate in Management at The Peter Drucker Graduate Management School of The Claremont Graduate University. He has over ten years of experience in community development, nonprofit management, and organizational change management. He is president of the Western Academy of Management for 2005-2006.He began working at Redlands in 1995.
